Billing questions
- Is Vixel free?
- Yes — you get free credits when you sign up, enough to generate your first images and try a video model. After that you buy a credit pack once; there is no subscription.
- Do my credits expire?
- Never. Buy a pack once and use it whenever you want — there is no monthly reset and no expiry date.
- How long does a video take?
- Most videos are ready in one to three minutes depending on the model, length and resolution. You can leave the page — your video lands in your gallery and we notify you.
